Prizes won on-air can be picked up any Wednesday's from 8:30am to 4:30pm at the Froggy office.
PLEASE do not come to pick up a prize until you have been called by a Froggy represenative.
Some prizes do take some time to come in, so please be patient.
We will try our best to get you your prize as fast as possible.
