GAS GIVEAWAY WOGG/WPKL & GNAGEY OIL
- No purchase necessary.
- Between July 27 through August 28, 2009 listeners may register their name, address, telephone number, and birth date at WOGG & WPKL client locations throughout the area. A customer may register once per visit. Locations can be heard by listening to Froggy 94.9/Pickle 99.3.
- Grand Prize consists of 500 gallons of gas from Gnagey Oil. Value of Grand Prize is not to exceed $1500 based on gas prices from July 20, 2009 @ $2.499 per gallon.
- Grand Prize will be awarded Saturday September 12 in a random drawing at the end of the 10-12pm Live Action Broadcast at Sycamore Sunoco & Arby’s, located on Morgantown Rd. Winner must be present at the event to win.
- Grand Prize winner is responsible for all applicable local, state and federal taxes.
- Contest is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, 16 years or older, except: employees of participating Froggy radio stations, Keymarket Communications LLC, Gnagey Oil, their immediate families, and employees of other broadcast stations and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.
- Participating Keymarket radio stations, Gnagey Oil, and their affiliated companies are not responsible for any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in conjunction with any prizes won in this contest, nor are they responsible for any malfunction of equipment or telephone systems during this contest.
- Odds of winning Grand Prize determined by the number of people registering.
- By participating, all participants agree that if they win any type of prize, Keymarket of PA, LLC radio stations may announce their name or use their voice and/or image for promotional purposes.
- These rules will be available at the offices of WOGG, WPKL, and Gnagey Oil for the duration of the contest.
